What options are available for shipping?

Standard US Postal Service - calculated by Shopping Cart
Priority (USPS) - must be calculated by us. [USA only]
UPS Ground Residential - must be calculated by us. [USA only]
UPS Ground Commercial - must be calculated by us. [USA only]
UPS 3-day Select - must be calculated by us. [USA only]
UPS 2-day Select - must be calculated by us. [USA only]
Foreign Rate** (See NOTICE below.)
Fed-Ex Overnight - Call us for this option: (801) 485-0312

So how much does Standard Shipping cost?

For Standard US Postal Service (Book Rate) there is a $3.50 minimum. Each item has a specific shipping cost associated with it according to weight. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the total cost for Standard Shipping only.

All other shipping options must be calculated by us. If you are unfamiliar with the charges associated with these alternative shipping methods, please contact us before you place an order, and we will calculate the shipping charge for you.

**NOTICE for Foreign Shipment (Everything outside the U.S.A. except for APO/FPO addresses)

The U.S. Post Office has eliminated economy rates for International orders (which does include both Canada and Mexico). Air Mail is available but it is very expensive. Prior to placing an order, please email us at orders@utlm.org or call us at (801) 485-0312 for shipping charges.

Are the shipping options that must be calculated by Utah Lighthouse Ministry ever less expensive than Standard Shipping?

No. All the charges that must be calculated by us will invariably be more expensive shipping options. The Standard USPS and Foreign Book Rate are our least expensive shipping options.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

Contact us.

What if I decide I want a different shipping option AFTER I have placed my order?

Contact us immediately and if your package hasn't been shipped, we will change the shipping option.
